Problem

O-Pass Tea House is a local bubble tea and crepe cafe located in a college town. Nowadays, college students want to place group orders for events and social gatherings. Both pick-up and delivery options are needed. When students place group orders, they want to be able to customize each drink order quickly and easily. They want to know the estimate pick-up or delivery time as well. On top of that, digitalize loyalty card will be another need, as carrying paper loyalty cards and coupons are too troublesome.

We wanted to design an ordering app that allows customers to customize drinks within clicks. They will be able to change the level of ice and sweetness, as well as select different toppings and flavors.
